What is your standard shipping time?

Order processing time between 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery between 5-15 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Is there any impact in shipping due to covid 19?

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, there are widespread delays. Safety measures are implemented in our warehouse to prevent the spread of coronavirus. This results in extended processing and delivery times. Still, we have shipped most of our orders within the delivery window period, as we are trying hard to fulfil the orders in time.

Where is my order?

Your order should arrive within the time frame as mentioned in your order confirmation email. You should also receive a tracking link in this email so check this out for any delivery updates. 

You can check the same in our Tracking page. Once your order had been dispatched, please allow 2 to 4 days for the tracking information to show.

If the delivery time frame has passed and you’ve still not received your items, please get in touch with us at contact@shinbha.com.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have placed an order with us, our team works hard to make sure we are promptly starting to pack and process your order, therefore once you are charged we are unable to interfere with this process. If you are unhappy with our products, you may send them back to us using our returns service. 

What should I do if my order is missing?

Shinbha is not responsible for the packages that went missing or stolen. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team at contact@shinbha.com.

In case, if you have not received your order as per our tracking page within the delivery window, please notify us by email at contact@shinbha.com within 25 days of the date on which you ordered the products. After this time has elapsed, Shinbha reserves the right to decide whether to send our replacement item(s) for you.

Why do I get products separately though I ordered all at the same time?

At times, we send product belonging to the same order in separate packages. This is because we would like to get your items fast amidst the challenges of logistics. So don't worry, you will get all the products in your order delivered to your doorstep!

Can I exchange the item?
