Returns policy

Please read our return policy carefully and make sure that the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@shinbha.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.

Shipping cost 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. If you are shipping an item over $20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received a wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for intimate products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
We only replace item if it is defective, damaged or when a wrong product is delivered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@shinbha.com.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
