We at Shinbha, are happy to offer free shipping for all our customers across the world! We work through all your orders to knock your doorbell as fast as possible!

Order processing time
We need 1 to 3 business days on an average to fulfil your order before dispatching your items for delivery.

Shipping time
We require 7 to 10 business days to deliver to addresses in Australia & New Zealand. For the addresses in the rest of the world, we need 15 to 30 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Shipping delays due to COVID-19
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and the challenges faced by the postal department, there are widespread delays. Safety measures are implemented in our warehouse to prevent the spread of coronavirus. This results in extended processing and delivery times. Please allow additional time for delivering your package.

Order tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Alternatively, you can check the same in our Tracking page. Once your order had been dispatched, please allow 2 to 4 days for the tracking information to show.

Return
If your order is eligible for return as per our Return policy, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Shinbha. Please refer to our Return policy for further information.

Stolen Packages
Shinbha is not responsible for the packages that went missing or stolen. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Damaged Items
Please email us at contact@shinbha.com with all the information relating to your damaged items, and we will do whatever it takes to keep you happy.

Incorrect Shipping address?
As we process the orders as quickly as possible, there is only a little time left to correct a wrong shipping address. Being a buyer, you are responsible to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct.
